Peer Review & Publication Criteria
Every submission undergoes a Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure objectivity and quality. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on the following rubric:
- Intellectual Contribution & Originality
Does the work provide new insights or a novel application of existing theories? We value “Andragogy in action”—research that reflects adult learning and real-world problem-solving. - Methodological Rigor
Is the research design sound? Whether qualitative, quantitative, or a case study, the approach must be transparent and ethically conducted. - Practical Impact
AIU prioritizes research that can be applied. Reviewers look for clear “Recommendations” or “Implementation Strategies” that can benefit local or global communities. - Clarity and Professionalism
The writing must be clear, logical, and free of grammatical errors. It should be accessible to a diverse, international readership.
